We had the chance to go back to one of our favorite venues the Haskell Building for the Solomon Wedding. I met Corliss at one of the bridal expos. We chatted for a while via email before she took the plunge and booked Props!
This was actually a destination wedding for the couple. The groom’s family was from North Carolina and the bride’s family was from Miami. The couple’s colors were deep purple, green, and silver. We made this fun strip using the fonts from their wedding invitation.
We set up our open booth with the sparkly silver backdrop, and we also set up a guestbook station.
The couple were proud alumnus of FAMU and NC Central University, and also members of Greek organizations Kappa Kappa Psi and Delta Sigma Theta. I thought t would be cool to create these custom props to surprise the couple.
