Meet Tim and Cari. I met Cari formerly Cloud at one of the Expos that we attended this year. Let me tell you Cari is such a sweetheart.
For their wedding, Cari requested a guestbook station and also acrylic frames. We met at a local Starbucks for me to drop of the frames and we sat and talked like we were old friends. I could not help but become enamored by her beautiful ring. In the words of Cari, “honey” did a good job.
The couple chose a beautiful navy and yellow color scheme. The wedding strip was inspired by the wedding invitations.
For the prop selection, we had a mix of fan favorites and football. Their wedding was held on the same day as the Florida /FSU game. Since, I am a Florida Alumnus there was a little more gator than Seminole props, but the crowd was still in good spirits.
I found out that it was also Tim’s parents’ 39th wedding anniversary as well.
As I mentioned the couple chose to give their couples these frames for them to take their photos home in. Cari ordered these cute inserts online, but we can also create them as well.
The couple’s family also had a great time taking pictures and signing the guestbook. One cool feature that we now include with all of our guestbooks include a fun collage highlighting photos from the event.
The couple married and held the reception at the Jacksonville Country Club. The staff and venue were very nice. I liked that the country club was before the residences so you did not have to deal with a security entrance. My favorite detail from the wedding was the beautiful petal linens used on the sweetheart and cake tables. Another sweet detail that I enjoyed (literally) was the candy bar.
There were lots of details that did not go unnoticed. Hope you enjoyed the recap, if you like reading the blog posts, sign up for our mailing list.
