The Premier Wedding Expo at UNF in September was probably my favorite expo to date! The theme was Glitz and Glamour and the props crew was loving it! We were so busy with the brides, we did not have a chance to check out other vendors, but you can via the Premier Expo website.
Props! is a family owned and operated company. I normally do not let my chief prop tester (smile) Todd attend bookings, but since it was an expo it was all hands on deck! He did a great job explaining to the attendees how the photo booth works and handing them their pictures. Once the event was over, he wanted me to make sure I handed him his paycheck in an envelope, because all paychecks go in an envelope. (Gotta love kids.) Also on hand to assist as always was my not so little brother Travis(not pictured) and my dear friend LeQuita. Honorable mention goes to my husband Jerome who wasn’t feeling well that day, but helped with setup and snuck in a few pictures when I was not looking.
In pure Props! fashion, we decided to go with the theme of the event, Glitz and Glamour. I wanted the brides( and their guests) to feel special as they entered the booth. The prop table was donned with tiaras, boas, and red lips suitable for any diva. We did not forget about the fellas from gangster hats and mustaches to man friendly signs…everyone seemed to have a blast! Expo attendees also received a sweet treat in their goody bags compliments of Props!
For the strips we went with a beautiful gold backdrop and added our logo and our new slogan. Our new slogan, “Make your wedding POP with Props! was created by our good friends at Slogan Slingers.
This was our most personal expo to date. I really wanted the attendees to see the value in Props! Photo Booths. We’re not just a booth! We create experiences and help you relive memories. In addition to our props table, we also had a second table showcasing how Props! can enhance your total wedding experience. On the display we included custom Table Escort Cards in the 2 x 6 frame, a framed Collage of wedding memories (actual pictures from my wedding), and also a guestbook. For the month of October, we are having a Guestbook Sale! Free Guestbook Station with any booking this month! The Guestbook Station is a $150 value. It includes a guestbook, double prints, all the supplies, and a dedicated attendant to keep your book organized and ready for you to relive the moments.
