Your logo and website will print out on every strip. Using a 3-pose strip is idea for this as it allows for more room for your logo and product information. At no extra charge, we will put your logo on all the photos that get uploaded to our website as well. So when the guests retrieve the individual shots online to save to their Facebook page, your logo will be on the photo! We also provide personalized props to match your event at no additional cost.

Standard Package
Our standard package is the most simple and self-explanatory deal. Your organization either writes a check or pays by credit card, prices will vary based on services required.
Co-Sponsorship Package
Call your sponsors! Companies that are supportive of your organization’s mission would be willing to absorb some of the costs for the photo booths in exchange for the advertising potential of having their logo on our booth and in our photos!
Fundraiser – (Pay Per) Package
We will set up the photo booth with a deposit. Guests will pay per image (Client chooses pricing). Once the photo booth rental price is met, you will receive the remainder of the profits. If the rental price is not met, you will receive 40% of funds collected.
Your organization can also raise funds with a Private Digital Gallery. Guests from the event will have the opportunity to purchase downloadable photos, and we will collect the funds and send a check to your organization.
Sponsorship Trade Package
This package is the fun one and opens the most possibilities! This is where we trade our services in exchange for sponsorship privileges. For no money at all,
Props! Photo Booths would love to sponsor all charitable events, however, it is not possible. We have implemented an application process to award sponsorship. Sponsorship is provided for events with less than 500 guests. If you have an event you would like us to consider, please send an email to info[@]propsphotobooths.com with the following information:
- The organization must have a 501 (c) (3) status. As part of the application procedure, the organization must include:
- A copy of the tax-exempt letter from the IRS under section 501 (c) (3).
- A copy of the letter establishing that the applicant is not a private foundation.
- All support material must be received no later than 90 days before event.
- Organizations must be established for at least 2 years to be considered for sponsorship.
- Include the event name and location.
- Include a description of the charitable organization and mission statement.
- Include how many years this event has previously been held.
- Include previous attendance and estimated attendance for the event.
- Include a contact name and number should additional questions arise while reviewing submissions.
