I love getting to see my brides before the weddings.  I chatted with her right before she walked down the aisle, she was a bit nervous but loosened up once she said I do!The couple got married and held their reception at the Ocean Breeze Conference Center in Mayport. We previously worked this venue for the Dilbert wedding so I decided to wear at hat similar to the one Ceirra wore during her dance with her father.

 

Zak and Hannah’s colors were Red, black, and white. I sent Hannah a range of different strips from damask to Christmasy and she chose this strip. I love the deep red strip and I think it balances out some of the other elements of their wedding decor.

 

For props, we incorporated Christmas, football(roll tide!), Florida fun, and guitars into the prop selection.

 

Interesting fact about this sweet couple, they met at Fort Caroline Baptist Church where Zak is one of the musicians. I love to see couples on fire for Christ and it was great meeting some of the ministers from their church and I believe everyone had a great time.  Also, the couple did a very cute dance, unfortunately I did not record it because I had so much fun watching it.  McGee Entertainment was their DJ and he did a great job feeling out the crowd and playing the right music.

The couple had a lot of great wedding details including a number of Christmas trees that were a part of the decor. My absolute favorite was the Christmas ornaments that were made for each guest. I thought it was a personal, unique keepsake that people would hold on to for years to come.
